Based on the category and condition of your item, you will receive the corresponding credit below. Tap to see examples.

Item Label

The Style Code is printed at the top of the white care label, located with the other tags on the inside of your item. It will be 4 numbers followed by 1-5 alphanumeric characters, such as 3802LBAP. For our team to identify and authenticate each item, all of the tags need to be present and legible. We will not be able to accept a trade-in item if the tags are compromised.

To be eligible for the trade-in assessment, please ensure all components, such as a removable hood or fur trim, are included in the same package. We are unable to receive or add additional components to your assessment once the trade-in process has begun, and items with missing parts or accessories will receive a lower trade-in valuation. Please do not include any additional items, such as a garment bag, hanger, or receipt, in the delivery with your trade-in.
