How long does it take to process and ship an order?
Your order will be processed in about 3 business days with an additional 3-5 business days for shipping. That means it should arrive in your hands in about a week.
Can I cancel my order after it has been placed?
Orders may be cancelled within 2 hours of placing your order online. After 2 hours, your order will begin processing through our fulfillment center and cannot be cancelled.

Can I return or exchange my Canada Goose Generations items?
At Canada Goose Generations, we are committed to the quality of our products and the satisfaction of our customers. Items must be returned online within 15 days of purchase, and the flat $25 return shipping cost will be deducted from your refund.
We are unable to offer exchanges on Canada Goose Generations orders.
What if my order arrived damaged or I received the wrong item?
